I just bought a 16GB iPod touch and would like to protect it with either a case or sleeve, etc.

What is the best case for it? What do you guys use?

This is subjective. Silicone sleeves will protect it better from falls, but they make it hard to get in and out of pockets. They also discolor easily and start to look bad.
